ANDREA BROWNING
CEO + Principal Designer
A trained artist hailing from a proud lineage of Italian architects, Andrea brings a powerful combination of left-brained artistic vision and right-brained architectural precision. Her ability to see the potential of any space, and thoughtfully draft every detail, allows her to clearly communicate her ideas to every contractor and trade.
At age 9, Andrea received her first drafting table and T square from her grandfather. Sitting next to him as he worked, she loved learning how to create spaces of her own. His influence allowed her to discover what she was meant to do.
Over the years, she continued her formal design education, achieving a dual BFA in Environmental Design and Fine Art from Otis College of Art & Design. She also completed her post baccalaureate studies in Interior Architecture at UCLA. Andrea is a Certified Interior Designer in the state of California (CID) as well as a Certified Kitchen and Bath Designer from the National Kitchen and Bath Association (NKBA).
JEFF BROWNING
CO CEO | Architect
Known for his creativity and problem-solving skills, Jeff also brings his calming presence to every project. With a background in construction, he quickly rose through the ranks at top California Architecture firms and was mentored by industry leaders before joining his wife Andrea at Model Design Inc. With over 30 years in the industry, he’s amassed an impressive portfolio of work, including custom homes, multi-family units, restaurants, clubs, and a variety of commercial spaces. Jeff’s ability to communicate with clients, contractors, and city officials alike, ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Andrea brings a fresh perspective to Model Design with her background in Illustration, Graphic Design, and nearly two decades as Creative Director at an entertainment marketing agency. From big-picture strategy to ensuring day to day operations are running smoothly, Andrea’s got her eye on it all. Her shared love for architecture, and passion for design, whether it is creating a logo or a piece furniture, naturally led her to this industry.
LEE ANN WYATT
Bookkeeper
Lee Ann is an expert in Studio Designer, which is the premier bookkeeping software for Interior Designers. Her experience working with Interior Designers for over 16 years and learning about the industry has allowed her to utilize this software to its fullest. Lee Ann has taken the stress out of keeping the books current at all times, allowing the rest of the team to focus on design!
